Insulation layer

Operation notes

Leakproof capability
High frequency welded seams prevent water escape. With airtight zipper, the bag contains melted ice without leakage. Standard waterproof zipper allows minimal seepage under sustained pressure.
Cleaning procedure
Rinse interior and exterior with fresh water. Use mild soap if needed. PVC mesh resists stain absorption. Hang to dry with zipper partially open. Avoid bleach or abrasive tools.
Ice retention estimate
With 4:1 ice-to-content ratio, internal temperature remains below 5°C for 10 hours at 25°C ambient. Pre-chilling the bag before loading improves duration.
Compatibility with boat storage
Dimensions 51.5 x 27 x 43 cm fit standard kayak tankwells, boat fish boxes, and car trunks. Non-rigid construction allows slight contouring to irregular compartments.

Usage instruction: Add ice packs or crushed ice before loading catch. Do not exceed 75 percent fill capacity to allow proper zipper closure. For extended trips, tilt bag to drain meltwater periodically. Store completely dry with zipper open to prevent odor accumulation.
